I realise what it feels to be the most neglected person. i feel the pain of bullying.

Today i am guiding you how to escape from this MYSTERIOUS CAGE.



7 WAYS TO PRACTICE SELF LOVE.

1.CHECK YOUR PLATE-




According to researches conducted by different neuroscience foundations, it has been strongly proved  that you feel what you eat

To start getting rid of bad vibes and creating good ones make sure your plate is a clean eat.

A plate full of fresh and beautiful fruits will be a great way to starting loving yourself , opting healthy breakfast smoothie is a good way to glow up!


2.TRUST YOURSELF EVERYTIME.




Not even for a second say you cannot.

 Each time when someone tells you can't, be wise enough to kiss that inner intuition and tell her that you trust on them more than anyone else. When we stand up for ourself, half of the situations are resolved, the ways are made through the difficult paths, even the universe support us.

We do not require to get approved by the entire world.

5.CUT OFF




Take a day off! Take a break. You deserve your time more than anyone else. cut off everything that is unnecessary.

cut off phone calls, cut off fake social media, cut off meetings, cut off any social material. for yourself!


6.REWARD YOURSELF




As you have won the battle between yourself and the world, and you grabbed a beautiful win, you deserve reward.

take yourself on shopping, get you favourite shoes, go to your favourite cafe, have your favourite pizza!

get that eyeliner, get that basketball. reward your win everytime.


7. FEEL BEAUTIFUL.




Do whatever it takes. Fall is extreme love with yourself. Appreciate yourself for your beauty, intelligence and intellect.

Accept yourself but also make yourself glow in and out.

 make your skin clearer, make your hair grow, reach your ideal body weight. 

 Getting your favourite spa, puting on a beautiful dress, a good nailpaint, a face mask.
